Steve Prelipp

Mr. Prelipp is an expert in the field of organizational behavior and management systems. He also is an expert on recruiting software systems. He developed two systems that are used nationally.

His career includes:

28 years of executive management experience including sixteen years of leadership positions at Schneider National, President of Cardinal Freight Carriers, and Vice President of Driver Development at Heartland Express.

The positions at Schneider included leading the Human Resources, Driver Recruiting and Operations Departments.

These positions have been at corporate and company level, have been at companies that ranged from 100 to 8,000 drivers and have included staff, line and CEO experience.

Three years of experience providing consulting services to virtually all modes of trucking including van, flatbed, temperature controlled, tank, expedited and private carriers.
